Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality bond cleaning services to ensure you get your bond back. Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that you receive the best possible service and peace of mind.

If your landlord or property manager raises any issues related to our cleaning within 48 hours of service, we will return to address the concerns at no extra cost.
$100 deposit will be required on booking, the remaining of the payment must be paid on the arrival of our service.
Payment Methods:
$100 deposit via Bank Transfer
Remaining payment Cash or bank transfer and remittance sent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation notice -
​We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of bond cleaning appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other customers.
Cancelation less than 24hr notice -
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost to cover lost time and resources.
Rescheduling Policy -
You can reschedule your bond cleaning appointment free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

Refunds -
If a cancellation fee is not applicable and you have pre-paid for services, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days after cancellation.
